In Ash we have started our new book this spring term for English called ‘Iggy Peck, Architect’. This inspired us to design in teams our own buildings as ‘architects’, creating our designs as ‘builders’. Together, we learnt about the relationships between clients, Architects and builders, and we were fascinated to hear about parents who are architects within Ash class. This activity helped us to practise working in teams, develop our key communication skills, as well as our fine motor skills.
